Manager - Competitive Intelligence will coordinate with COO to manage projects with high quality standards. The candidate will also mentor and track the performance of a team of research associates assigned to him/her. Overall responsibilities include end-to-end project management across research assignments. The candidate is also expected to play a pivotal role in maintaining synergy across other teams within the organization, contributing to the research program and participate in group strategy development.

Responsibilities:

• Take independent charge of all research projects
• Develop and lead a team of researchers; providing training to prepare researchers to take up the challenging roles
• Managing researchers to meet and exceed firm standards for content excellence and productivity
• Ensuring that clients are well-served in every interaction with us

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

• 3-4 years of business research experience

• Excellent time and project management skills; demonstrated ability to independently juggle and prioritize a sizable workload of diverse tasks effectively

• Excellent writing and editing skills

• Strong analytical skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead others

• Dedication to mastering complex terrain; ability to learn substance of research quickly

Sr. Executive – Marketing & Promotions will coordinate with the COO to manage events with high quality standards. The candidate will also mentor and track the performance of a team of associates assigned to him/her.

Overall responsibilities include end-to-end event management across India. CI Solutions India and our European partner Rodenberg Tillman & Associates conduct Master Class Training programmes across India. The candidate will lead a team of associates to enlist delegates for the training programmes.  

Responsibilities:

• Experience in organizing conferences, workshops and seminars in the corporate sector. Those from the event management industry will be given preference.

• Planning & Budgeting for organizing multi-location training programmes

• Lead a team of event executives

• Monitor the performance and quality of the telemarketing calls

• Take independent charge of all events

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

• Skilled negotiator with the ability to liaise and co-ordinate with vendors to ensure smooth execution of seminars/conferences within stipulated timelines and budgets

• Should have creative ideas to increase sales

• Should have leadership qualities and abilities to lead a team

• Having an excellent command over the English language.

• Excellent Marketing Skills is a MUST
